Abbotsleigh

Abbotsleigh is an Anglican school for girls located in Wahroonga, Sydney. It was established in 1885 and since its earliest days it has sought to nurture in young woman an outward focus, a heart for service and a desire to making a positive difference in our world. To formalise and strengthen this commitment, pedagogy of Service Learning was introduced at Abbotsleigh in 2002; integral to effective Service Learning is the notion of partnerships with community organisations. It has been a joy and privilege for Abbotsleigh to partner with Parramatta Mission as they launch ‘Reinspired Threads’.
